Current work
iStoa is my current research work about interactive learning environment. It is developed with Smalltalk/Squeak. It is deeply integrated within the Squeak object graphic system to ease enriched interactive experiences.
Previously I was working on Dr.Geo II an interactive geometry framework written with Smalltalk/Squeak. See a few on-line videos:
Software developments
- Freeduc-cd, a live-cd to show to teachers what is available for them in the free software community. As it does not need installation, teachers can very easily discover around 40 free software for education.
- Dr. Geo, a free interactive geometry software. It comes with really cool stuff as macro-construction, script and Scheme Figure. Dr. Geo received an award in 2000 and it was certified as a suitable software for education by the Italian public institute INDIRE in 2005.
- Quark, a 100% ARM machine code shoot'them up, see a nice review with screen shot. It was written around 1991-1993.

I can deliver speeches in English and French on technical and non-technical subjects as: free software development, cooperation/collaboration in the free software community, Dr.Geo, Freeduc-cd, OFSET, free software in education.

Professional position
- Since 2001, I have been working at the CRDP d'Aquitaine as chargé d'étude in the field of education engineering. I am responsible for helping the local pedagogical community in using of ICT in the field of education. I am also leading various software development for this same community.
- Previously, I have been working for 5 years in an international ambiance at the Taipei European School in Taiwan where I was teaching mathematics and ICT.
